We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact or careers forms; your name and email when you join the newsletter; and your name, address and order details when you buy from the shop. Careers applications may include a resume you upload.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and deliver services, fulfill orders, send the newsletter you signed up for, review job applications, and keep the site secure and working well. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and the shop
Card payments are handled by our payment processor through WooCommerce. Card numbers are sent directly to the processor and are never stored on this site. We keep order records as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Memberships (MemberSpace)
Memberships are run through MemberSpace. When you create a membership account, MemberSpace handles your login and billing details under its own privacy policy. We see your name, email and plan so we can support you.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working and, [if enabled], analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like the cart, may not work without them.
